Join us at the AACR Annual Meeting 2026 to learn how Inocras’ cancer whole genome platform is driving innovation in cancer research and clinical solutions.
TCGA and Beyond:
The Broad Institute and Inocras share new insights from our collaborative efforts to analyze over 8,000 tumor-normal paired whole genome data released by the NCI TCGA initiative. The two organizations will also introduce Cancer Genome Nexus, a next big collaborative initiative aimed at scaling the robust and standardized whole genome framework to larger-scale dataset.
See the information on all events and 16 posters to be presented from this effort and download the Cancer Genome Nexus Presentations & Posters Onepager.

TCGA and Beyond: Whole-Genome Data Powering the Next Era of Cancer Intelligence
Inocras Exhibitor Spotlight Theater A
Learn about a transformational cancer genome initiative by Broad Institute and Inocras, analyzing over 8,000 TCGA tumor–normal samples using whole-genome bioinformatics pipelines from Broad and Inocras. Prof. Rheinbay (Broad Institute and Massachusetts General Hospital) will present novel findings showing how whole-genome analytics expand the variant landscape, improve driver gene discovery, and enable new actionable insights. Prof. Getz (Broad Institute and MGH) and Ju (Inocras) will introduce Cancer Genome Nexus, a next-generation collaborative initiative building on TCGA whole genome analysis, aimed to scale the robust and standardized whole genome framework to larger-scale datasets. Join us to learn how cancer whole genome analysis unlocks new insights and explore our next initiative to advance precision oncology.
