Register for our upcoming webinar of our Nature publication: Whole-genome landscapes of 1,364 breast cancers

Join our webinar to explore more insights of this ground breaking publication and learn how Whole-Genome Sequencing (WGS) is reshaping biological understanding and therapeutic decision-making:

  • WGS–informed HRD classification challenges traditional HRD definitions—delivering clearer separation of HR-deficient and HR-proficient tumors and deeper insight into therapy response biology
  • WGS improves CNV determination for HER2+ breast cancer, by capturing complex copy-number architecture, including ecDNA
  • WGS reveals that NRG1 and other recurrent fusions occur more frequently than previously recognized in breast cancer — opening the door to more therapeutic alternatives
  • WGS reveals meaningful genomic differences within clinically similar breast cancer subtypes—differences that may inform more precise treatment strategies.

At Inocras, we believe precision oncology begins with a complete view of the genome, moving beyond limited biomarkers to unlock more precise, data-driven approaches.
